The use of their proprietary Nitro-Milling process allows the flours to maintain all their healthy oils and fat throughout the production process. When making these allergen free seed proteins they filter the cold pressed oil into a great tasting domestically made seed oil offered in 5 gallon pails, drums, and IBC totes.
